Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Background in batch chemical production processes.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in distribution/chemical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Lead daily operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop budgets and manage operation activities within budget.
