You will partner with internal teams to support operational continuity, driver engagement, and service reliability across shifts, including off-hours. The role requires DOT/HOS knowledge and a proactive approach to improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and transportation safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch activities to coordinate freight movement.
• Maintain strong communication with drivers for on-time performance.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and customer service teams.
• Monitor DOT and HOS compliance and report safety concerns.
• Track load status and service metrics to ensure reliability.
• Support 24/7 operations and off-hours coverage.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
