Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor and driver activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight flow.
• Plan and implement delivery routes for drivers.
• Communicate effectively with terminal operations personnel.
• Manage internal operating procedures.
• Process multiple calls simultaneously.
• Own communication regarding changes that impact customers.
• Prepare reports on various operational metrics.
