Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivery Packets: Print and prepare driver packets each morning, ensure paperwork is fresh and accurate.
• Delivery Team Support: Schedule, monitor progress, and inform clients when routes are en route.
• Vehicle Fleet Maintenance: Track maintenance, perform PM checks, order rental trucks as needed.
• Teamwork and Communication: Encourage morale, coordinate with sales, update warehouse on changes to plans.
• Training Drivers and Helpers: On-truck training and ensure drivers know inspection forms and handling protocols.
• Fleet Safety Program Participation: Support fleet safety initiatives and driver safety.
• Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks at management's instruction.
