Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; FMCSA knowledge preferred.
• Experience with driver management, dispatch operations, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage assigned drivers; conduct reviews and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Safety on performance and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain driver safety, regulatory compliance, and Hours of Service adherence.
• Monitor driver utilization and productivity with load planning teams.
• Ensure drivers are dispatched, informed, and equipped to execute work.
• Support load planning through recovery, re-planning, and issue resolution.
• Manage daily pickups, deliveries, and communicate risks to teams.
• Promote engagement, retention, and a high-performance work environment.
