Job summary

Randstad USA in Houston is seeking skilled Fleet Diesel Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will independently perform preventive maintenance, replacements, and diagnostics on heavy-duty diesel trucks to keep our fleet safe and productive.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of commercial diesel experience, proficiency with diagnostic software, and a safety-first mindset. CDL/ASE and CNG experience are preferred; high school education required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial diesel mechanic experience required.
• Experience with electronic diagnostic software preferred.
• CDL, ASE certifications, or experience with CNG systems highly preferred.
• Strong background in heavy truck HVAC/refrigeration, air brakes, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Essential functions include performing routine preventative maintenance, component replacements, and complex diagnostics on heavy-duty diesel trucks.
• Work on a fleet with a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced logistics environment.
