Job summary

Master's Transportation is seeking Automotive Technicians at all levels to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles and fleets. The role covers routine services, diagnostics, and upfitting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Technicians will work under the Service Manager, with opportunities for growth through hands-on experience and ongoing training. A valid license and willingness to travel to varied work sites are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of mechanical experience preferred for Technician I.
• 2-5 years of automotive repair experience for Technician II.
• 7+ years for Senior Technician III; advanced diagnostics and heavy repairs expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service orders.
• Test vehicle systems and components and document findings.
• Complete repair orders and support documentation accurately.
• Maintain productivity and high workmanship standards.
