Job summary

Master’s Transportation is seeking an Automotive Technician at all levels to service a broad fleet of vehicles. The role includes inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and upfitting work across automobiles, vans, and buses.

Technicians will work with a team under the Service Manager, with opportunities for growth through Technician I–III levels and hands-on training in a climate-controlled setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of mechanical experience preferred for entry level.
• 2-5 years of automotive repair experience for mid-level.
• 7+ years of automotive technician experience for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Test vehicle systems and components.
• Complete repair orders and support documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians.
• Maintain productive and safe work areas.
