Job summary

Master’s Transportation, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician – All Levels to service a diverse fleet, performing inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and upfitting on automobiles, vans, buses, and fleet vehicles. Technicians progress from I to III by taking on greater responsibility and expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of mechanical experience preferred (Technician I).
• 2–5 years of automotive repair experience (Technician II).
• 7+ years of automotive technician experience (Technician III).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• CDL preferred or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Test vehicle systems and components.
• Record hours worked accurately using company systems.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform vehicle upfitting and modifications.
• Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians.
