Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Driver Trainer to mentor Delivery Associates and lead in-station training and drive-alongs across multiple sites within 50 miles of the home station.

You will establish a positive training culture, ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards, and adapt teaching to different learning styles. The role requires travel, a valid license, and DOT readiness, with a 40-hour week plus overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Are 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including in-station classes and drive-alongs.
• Partner with DSPs, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training activities.
• Learn and apply driver safety, quality, and productivity standards in daily training.
• Provide reporting on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties.
• Lead by example, embody Amazon Leadership Principles, and support on-road processes.
