Fleet Deployments Lead — 3D Printing Operations

Job summary

ICON is seeking a Manager, Fleet & Program Operations to lead the day-to-day lifecycle of our 3D printer fleet from deployment planning through mobilization and return-to-ready. Based at ICON’s Austin, TX headquarters, you will coordinate across Print Operations, Field Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Mobility to move printers and parts on time and ready to print.

You will guide deployment planning, run two-week look-ahead meetings, and ensure sign-off at Pre-Mobilization for each

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field logistics, heavy equipment mobilization, construction operations, or fleet management in multi-site environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including cross-functional coordination.
• Experience coordinating multi-truck, multi-site logistics involving oversized or specialized equipment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite) and construction project management platforms (e.g., Procore).
• Experience creating and managing BOMs, packout checklists, and mobilization tracking documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deployment calendar and printer location/status readiness across projects.
• Build and execute deployment Gantt across Inventory, Manufacturing, Print Operations, and Mobility.
• Lead planning meetings to surface issues and maintain two-week look-ahead for deployments.
• Oversee demobilization, maintenance, and sign-off before shipment.
