Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience supervising drivers or transportation teams.
• Strong dispatching, route planning, and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day transportation and delivery operations for a fleet of professional drivers.
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
• Monitor driver performance, productivity, and route efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop drivers through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management.
• Resolve delivery issues proactively and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Assist with route planning and fleet utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
• Serve as a backup driver when needed to support business operations.
