Job summary
Vaco has partnered with a well-established Arizona food manufacturing and distribution company to hire an experienced Transportation Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team of about 15 delivery drivers, overseeing routing, scheduling, and logistics to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet, or distribution management experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing transportation teams and drivers.
- Experience creating SOPs, performance metrics, and operational processes.
- Strong routing, logistics, and transportation operations knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 15 delivery drivers serving customers throughout Arizona.
- Oversee daily routing, delivery scheduling, transportation logistics, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and transportation processes to improve department performance.
- Resolve customer delivery issues, product concerns, and transportation-related service challenges.
- Evaluate, select, and assist with implementation of transportation and routing software.
