Vaco Recruiter Services is partnering with a growing Phoenix, AZ company to recruit a Logistics Manager who will oversee transportation operations, route planning, driver coordination, and cost management. This direct-hire, on-site position is based in West Phoenix and offers $70K-$75K per year, depending on experience.

The role involves dispatching and leading drivers, managing schedules and routes, coaching staff, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Transportation & leadership.
• Must have Management/leadership experience.
• Must have experience building Standard Operating Procedures within Transportation/Logistics teams
• Must have 5-year MVR

Responsabilités

• Dispatch and manage a team of drivers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries.
• Manage driver schedules, availability, and daily routes.
• Coach and support drivers to improve performance and address issues as needed.
• Monitor deliveries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Step in as a backup driver when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
• Work with HR, Safety, Billing, and other departments as needed.
