Job summary

The Vehicle Data & Systems Specialist at GSM - Green SM is responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle data across the fleet lifecycle, including VINs, locations, battery status, inspections, repairs, and deployment readiness. This role supports daily fleet operations by tracking data, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance and Logistics, and producing routine fleet status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations support, fleet operations, vehicle administration, asset management, logistics, or data coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vehicle records, including VINs, vehicle locations, registration details, and operational status.
• Ensure all vehicle information is accurate and up to date in company systems.
• Track vehicle movements between hubs, service centers, and operational locations.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor and update Battery State of Charge (SOC) records.
• Track Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) status and vehicle readiness.
• Maintain visibility of repair and maintenance status.
• Monitor vehicle availability and elevate issues that may impact deployment schedules.
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, and other internal teams to obtain and update vehicle information.
• Support vehicle handover and deployment activities by ensuring data accuracy and readiness status.
• Assist in preparing routine operational reports and fleet status updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
