Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in fleet operations, vehicle registration, title processing or compliance is acceptable in lieu of formal education.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for dealer, agency and client interactions.
• Ability to work across multiple internal systems and manage documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Print title, registration and tax documents and assign ownership to ensure compliance with state/county rules.
• Assemble files and complete proper MSO assignments; research and resolve title/registration questions.
• Open and validate tracts records; manage Salesforce cases related to registration status and temp tags.
• Track, update and close transaction files; log requirements and move files to appropriate status.
• Coordinate with drivers, account managers and vendors to ensure timely processing.
