Job summary

Insight Global in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support day-to-day fleet operations and ensure compliance across DOT onboarding, telematics, registrations, and driver data.

You will verify decals, registrations, dashcams, fuel cards, and MVR status while coordinating recalls and maintenance communication to drivers and managers. This role emphasizes data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet team with fleet portal requests and administrative tasks
• Coordinate DOT compliance onboarding, including setting up driver files with vendor, collecting required information and documentation from drivers, monitoring outstanding compliance items, and following up to ensure requirements are complete
• Audit the telematics program to ensure all vehicles are properly equipped with GPS devices and assigned to the correct drivers and verify dashcams are installed in vehicles operating in jurisdictions where dashcams are required
• Verify all vehicles display the correct company decals
• Confirm all vehicles have valid registrations and the appropriate state-issued license plates
• Ensure drivers’ mobile phone numbers are accurate across all fleet systems
• Verify drivers are using the correct fuel cards
• Remove inactive drivers from the Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) program
• Notify drivers and managers of active vehicle recalls
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and inform drivers and managers of overdue maintenance
• Track open recalls with available repairs and communicate recall information to impacted drivers and managers.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and handle confidential company and driver information with professionalism and discretion.
• Perform other fleet-related duties as assigned
