Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Department Director to lead and grow our fleet and commercial vehicle sales across multiple brands, including Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, and Nissan. You will develop strategic plans, manage operations, and build relationships with business clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive fleet or commercial sales, strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and a track record of creating profitable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive fleet or commercial sales with a proven track record.
• Experience in business development and key account management is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, financing, leasing, and fleet programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow fleet and commercial vehicle sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and agencies.
• Lead the fleet sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach the fleet sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and community engagement.
• Collaborate with finance, service, parts, and upfit vendors to deliver fleet solutions.
• Prepare competitive fleet quotes, bids, and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and manufacturer fleet programs.
• Establish and track KPIs for sales volume, gross profit, and retention.
