UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. The role covers maintenance of delivery vehicles, heavy tractors, and trailers with diesel/gasoline engines.

Candidates should have strong automotive repair skills, tool familiarity, and the ability to work various shifts in a demanding environment. The position requires active driver's license, hands-on toolset, and the capability to operate diverse equipment while adhering to safety and DOT

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scantools and personal computer.
• Possesses full complement of personal hand tools.
• Class A/B CDL - Preferred.
• Dependable with ability to report to work regularly and on time.
• Willing to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Meet DOT requirements for the job assignment.
• Operate vehicles with standard/manual transmissions.
• Use power and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain safety and wear PPE as required.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures, humidity, dust and noise.
