Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks an Automotive Technician to maintain a diverse fleet, including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers, using diagnostic tools and personal hand tools.

You will follow DOT requirements and perform preventive maintenance across various propulsion systems. The role requires 2nd or 3rd shift options, weekends as needed, and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and personal computer.
• Possesses full complement of personal hand tools.
• Class A/B or A CDL preferred.
• Dependable with ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements as per job assignment.
• Operate standard and manual transmission vehicles.
• Use power and pneumatic tools as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of fleet equipment.
• Work with diverse fleet including delivery vehicles and tractors.
