Job summary

UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will maintain a diverse range of equipment, including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers, using diagnostics and hand tools. You must be CDL B–qualified and willing to travel, with shifts that may include 2nd or 3rd as needed.

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Class B CDL license is REQUIRED or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements and CDL qualifications.
• Operates standard and manual transmissions.
• Uses power and pneumatic tools.
• Meets requirements to be Power Industrial Truck Operations (PITO) certified.
