Job summary

UPS is seeking an Automotive Technician to join the fleet maintenance team. You will service delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers with various propulsion systems including diesel, gasoline, and alternative fuels.

Ideal candidates have current automotive mechanical experience, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a CDL is preferred. You may work 2nd or 3rd shifts across various locations with opportunities for extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current automotive mechanical experience required.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Class A/B CDL or CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements for the job assignment.
• Operates standard and manual transmissions; uses power tools.
• Performs troubleshooting and maintenance on diverse equipment.
