Job summary

UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team in Atlanta, Georgia. You will maintain a diverse fleet including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers, working with diesel, gasoline, and alternative propulsion systems.

You should be able to troubleshoot hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical systems and engine controls, and be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts across various schedules. Must have tools.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Class A/B or A CDL preferred.
• Experience with diesel, gasoline, and hybrid propulsion systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a diverse range of UPS vehicles including delivery vans and tractors.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical systems and engine controls.
• Meet DOT requirements and ensure safety and compliance.
• Work 2nd or 3rd shifts per location needs.
