Job summary

Zipcar is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate in Washington, DC. You will be the front line of our Fleet Operations Team, ensuring vehicles are clean, maintained and moved to be member-ready across the city.

Expect to travel around town by foot, bike, or Zipcar, and handle tasks like tire changes, refueling, cleaning, and coordinating repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong time management to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with operations team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Zipcar vehicles are clean, maintained and member-ready; transport as needed.
• Coordinate tow or repair services when required.
• Support operations to keep fleet status up to date and customers satisfied.

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members.
