Job summary

Zipcar, Inc. is looking for a Fleet Operations Associate in Washington, DC. You will be the frontline in our Fleet Operations Team, ensuring vehicles are clean, maintained and moved where needed to stay member-ready.

You’ll travel around the city by foot, bike, transit or Zipcar, perform basic tasks and coordinate tow or repair when required, all while delivering great member service and upholding Zipcar brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members.
