Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate in Milwaukee to help keep Zipcar vehicles clean, maintained and ready for members. You’ll travel around the city by foot, bike, transit, or Zipcar to ensure vehicles are member-ready, performing tasks such as tire changes, fuel checks, cleaning, or coordinating tow/repair support.

You will be the front line for member satisfaction and represent the Zipcar brand across town, contributing to safe and reliable mobility services.

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You’ll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are ‘member-ready’ – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
