Job summary

Zipcar, part of Avis Budget Group, seeks a Fleet Operations Associate in Los Angeles. You will keep cars clean, maintained, and member-ready, coordinating transport and repairs as needed to support our fleet across the city.

You’ll be on the front line for member satisfaction, working 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a Zipcar membership.

Qualifications

• Strong time management to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team for vehicle status updates.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line of the Fleet Operations Team, ensuring member satisfaction.
• Keep Zipcar fleet 'member-ready' by cleaning, maintaining, and transporting vehicles as needed.
• Coordinate tow or repair and assist with vehicle movements around the city.
• Provide timely vehicle status updates to operations and members.
• Support various tasks across the Los Angeles area as required.
