Job summary

Quality Enclosures, Inc. is hiring a Fleet Associate in Central Islip, NY. This full-time onsite position supports daily delivery routing, driver coordination, and operations with a focus on data and systems to improve efficiency.

You will begin by coordinating routes, assisting drivers, and learning the end-to-end logistics process while collaborating with Production, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast.
• Serve as a key point of contact for drivers during the delivery day.
• Use fleet-management and internal systems to monitor routes and performance; identify delays and help resolve issues.
• Process customer orders, prepare them for loading and delivery, and maintain route/driver/compliance information.
• Partner with Production, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to support smooth daily deliveries.
• Track key Fleet metrics and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer service.

What you will do

• Process customer orders, prepare them for loading and delivery, and maintain accurate route, driver, order, and compliance information.
• Partner with Production, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to support smooth daily deliveries.
• Track key Fleet metrics, recognize recurring issues, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and customer service.
