Quality Enclosures, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Associate to join our Central Islip team. This full-time onsite role supports daily route planning, driver coordination, and operations across logistics and fleet systems.

You will learn end-to-end delivery processes, work with Production, Shipping, and Customer Service, and contribute to improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Applicants should be eager to grow within a company with three decades in the industry and a startup mindset toward

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery routes in the Northeast.
• Serve as main point of contact for drivers during deliveries.
• Monitor routes and performance through fleet-management systems.

• Collaborate with Production, Shipping, Customer Service to ensure smooth deliveries.

What you will do

• Help coordinate and execute daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast.
• Serve as a key point of contact for drivers during the delivery day.
• Use fleet-management and internal systems to monitor routes, driver progress, delivery activity, and performance; identify delays and help resolve issues quickly.
• Process customer orders, prepare them for loading and delivery, and maintain accurate route, driver, order, and compliance information.
• Partner with Production, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to support smooth daily deliveries.
• Track key Fleet metrics, recognize recurring issues, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and customer service.
