Job summary

ITS Logistics, an Echo Global Company, Reno, NV, seeks an Asset Maintenance Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of the fleet's Class 8 assets, emphasizing trailer utilization, maintenance oversight, compliance, and cost control.

You will partner with operations, maintenance, vendors, and customers to keep the fleet reliable, reduce downtime, and optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring DOT and FMCSA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet management or related field.
• Experience with Class 8 equipment or dry vans.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Experience with fleet tech: GPS, telematics, or fleet software.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Track fleet size, utilization, and replacement planning.
• Coordinate trailer disposal, resale, and capital planning.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT and maintain records.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and vendors.
