Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Analyst to support a large material handling equipment program, spanning thousands of units and hundreds of locations across North America. The role emphasizes customer service, proactive problem-solving, and safety-driven decision making.

The position is based in Newport News, VA, on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote. A strong background in fleet operations and collaboration with multiple stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience with equipment OEM, dealership, service facility or rental company, or end-user perspective.
• Strong work ethic with ownership, accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide fleet management support for Ferguson associates handling material handling equipment.
• Field calls, respond to emails, and communicate program changes to multiple levels in the organization.
• Prioritize requests and manage high workload while remaining organized.
• Publish monthly vendor KPIs and explore remarketing opportunities for used equipment.
