Overview

This position supports the Fleet Department with weekly reporting and updates. The incumbent oversees all aspects of new vehicle production, collaborates with vendors to resolve issues and improve efficiency, and reconciles data across multiple databases for accuracy. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of fleet experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage component and mobile device inventory with multiple builders
• Update and reconcile production schedules against budgets; track vehicle status from order to delivery
• Ensure compliance with branding requirements
• Develop repair vs. retire decisions for aged equipment
• Assist in developing the Fleet Method of Operation
• Manage OEM recall processes, log information, identify affected units, and notify management
• Set up new vehicles in company systems
• Produce and audit fuel reports
• Generate reports for budgets, forecasts, rentals, and fleet metrics
• Maintain accurate equipment lists across systems
• Handle telematics reporting, maintenance, utilization, and dormancy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience with MS Excel and database management
• 4+ years of fleet experience
• Experience with vendor portals
• Experience with auditing and budgeting (preferred)
• Project management skills
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.: citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work
