Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Fleet Analyst in Mechanicsburg, PA to manage day-to-day fleet operations, track vehicle requirements, and coordinate procurement, transfers, and registrations. The role emphasizes compliance, reporting, and coordination with vendors and branches in a full-time onsite capacity.

You will support telematics-based tracking, maintain vehicle listings, and aid with licensing and insurance updates while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Familiar with telematics platforms for tracking and reporting on vehicles is a plus.

• Track and ensure all vehicle requirements are met according to local, state, and federal guidelines and Department of Transportation compliance.
• Schedule inventory actions to include procurement, transfers, disposition and after-market upfitting.
• Assist with transfers, licensing, registrations, and insurance updates.

Purpose Of Position

As a Fleet Analyst at West Shore Home, you will maintain the day-to-day operations of fleet, analyzing and reporting through various systems on all fleet related functions and maintaining an up-to-date listing of all vehicles and their locations.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Conduct day-to-day fleet operations between all fleet related vendors, customers and branch locations to facilitate all fleet vehicle requirements.
• Track and ensure all vehicle requirements are met according to local, state, and federal guidelines and Department of Transportation compliance.
• Schedule inventory actions to include procurement, transfers, disposition and after-market upfitting.
• Assist with transfers, licensing, registrations, and insurance updates.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Familiar with telematics platforms for tracking and reporting on vehicles including compliance metrics is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
