  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), FASTER Fleet Management Software, SQL, and PeopleSoft Purchasing Software
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Specialist (CAFS) or Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM)
The Fleet Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
  • Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Review fleet information system outputs and conduct operation and maintenance cost studies (including labor cost analysis, maintenance interval optimization, and disposal optimization). • Fleet Utilization & Strategy: Evaluate fleet unit utilization to recommend reassignments, discontinuations, rentals for low-use equipment, and optimal economic replacement points for each vehicle class
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect data insights to daily operations by working with staff across all organizational levels to ensure continuous improvement and data integrity.
