An Energy Compliance Analyst job is available with the City of Fort Worth Property Management Department. The position is assigned within the Utility Administration Section of the General Services Division and reports to the City’s Energy Manager.
The Energy Compliance Analyst performs a wide variety of analytical support duties involving the management of 1) City facility operating expenses from utility service providers of electricity and natural gas, and 2) City right-of-way franchise fee revenues from utility service providers of natural gas, and telecommunications. The Energy Compliance Analyst position’s performance goals include: 1) Utility Expense Management, 2) Data Integrity and Reporting, and 3) Revenue Assurance.

Depending on assignment, positions in this class typically exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
