Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline with 5+ years in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience in food ingredients and product development with strong technical foundation.
- Strategic, results-driven approach to developing new business and winning accounts.
- Proven ability to position technical, value-added solutions and build trusted customer relationships.
- Passion for solving customer challenges and growing a technical sales career.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen partnerships in the sweet & beverage space, supporting the sale of our flavors portfolio to US customers.
- Partner with the commercial team to bring custom solutions for a broad base of customers.
- Act as technical expert of Sensient products and educate customers on value and usage.
- Collaborate with consultants, development houses, and startups to position our products and technology.
