You will bring a strong technical background in food science or related disciplines, 5+ years in the industry, and a strategic, sales-driven mindset to grow key accounts. Travel is limited to under 50% with on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 5+ years in the food & beverage industry.
• Experience in food ingredients and product development with a strong technical foundation.
• Strategic, results-driven approach to new business and accounts.
• Ability to position technical, value-added solutions with key customers.
• Passion for solving customer challenges and driving innovation in sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen partnerships in the beverage space for Sensient’s flavors portfolio.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to bring custom solutions to customers.
• Serve as the technical expert on Sensient products for customers.
• Engage with consultants, development houses, and startups to position technology.
