Responsibilities

• Operate reaction equipment per SOP to initiate and control chemical reactions.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure process specs and safety.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling/disposal of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.
