Intern will support flavor application science, work with Marketing, Flavor Creation, R&D and Sales, and gain hands-on experience in lab tasks, benchtop formulas, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as an undergraduate junior or senior in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills capable of root-cause analysis.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Developers & Technicians with lab tasks.
• Develop basic benchtop application formulas.
• Set up and screen flavors for evaluation.
• Prepare / set up raw materials, finished products, and retention samples.
• Manage lab inventory of materials and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation and lab organization.
• Communicate with related departments on projects.
