Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Compounding Technician at the Flavor Center in Burlington, NJ. You will handle flavor batch production, shipping and material movement, and maintain strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced team setting.

You will use SAP for batch documentation and production planning, with duties spanning cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Proficient MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions.

Responsibilities

• Safety, EHS, Quality and GMP adherence.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and material movement.
• Operate batch making processes; document flavor batches in SAP.
• Ensure shipping complies with DOT/IMDG/IATA.
• Follow SOPs and maintain precise process documentation.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and receiving teams.
• Use SAP and Google Workspace to plan and communicate production.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement and plant-wide events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
