Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our onsite South Brunswick, NJ team. You will produce high-quality flavor batches in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, operate spray drying equipment, and handle data collection with standard lab tools.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, process manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and forklift certification. Willingness to work multiple shifts and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Forklift certification is required for role.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare process-based flavor batches per shop floor instructions.
• Operate spray drying equipment and monitor conditions.
• Read, collect and analyze data using lab tools (pH meters, particle analyzers).
• Verify materials against orders using ZFIS and ensure proper packaging.
• Backflush materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain GMP/HACCP cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Support cross-training and team flexibility.
• Work independently during off-shift production and respond to issues.
