Job summary

Natara Global is seeking two Process Operators in Cincinnati, Ohio, to join the production team on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves operating production equipment, monitoring flavor ingredient manufacture, and maintaining records in English. A focus on safety, quality and teamwork is essential.

Shifts are 6:00 AM–4:00 PM and 2:00 PM–12:00 AM. Prior experience in regulated environments is preferable; forklift certification is a plus. The company offers benefits and a pathway to growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, chemical processing or regulated environments preferred.
• Able to read, understand and complete production records in English.
• Good basic math skills.
• Comfortable using computers and production-related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow established procedures.
• Able to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Forklift certification and experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the manufacture of flavor ingredients, including mixing, clarification, discharge and cleaning processes.
• Operate computer-controlled and manually controlled production equipment.
• Follow production instructions, procedures and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Read and understand process instructions, safety procedures and documentation.
• Perform in-process checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Escalate production, quality or safety concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
