Job summary

Flavor Reddy Foods, LLC is seeking a Production Line Operator in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, on-site role operates and monitors line equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of quality products. You will read pallet patterns, perform basic math, and maintain GMP and food-safety standards.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a focus on meeting production goals while keeping a clean, safe workplace and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment as trained, including conveyors, case erectors, labelers, and other line equipment.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any quality concerns to the Line Lead or Production Supervisor.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Push and pull pallets of boxes, bottles, and finished products as needed.
• Follow all GMPs, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Complete required production documentation, including reading pallet patterns and performing basic math calculations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and prepared for the next shift.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Lead or Production Supervisor.
• Exposure to moving machinery, ingredients, and packaging materials.
• Requires standing, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
