Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Geneva, IL is offering a 10-week full-time Product Development Internship (June 7, 2026 - August 13, 2026) with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

You will assist with daily flavor customer support activities, work with the internal technical team, and collaborate across departments to drive projects forward. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as an undergraduate junior, senior or graduate student in a relevant program.
• GPA minimum 3.0 overall and 3.3 within major.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a lab or kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to perform data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily flavor customer support activities including sample prep, testing, and data gathering.
• Work with internal food technical team providing hands-on assistance and guidance.
• Collaborate with scientists and technologists to deliver project results in a timely manner.
• Projects may include flavor application, prototype formulation, bench testing, and evaluation of flavor technologies.
• Cross training with other McCormick departments according to intern interests.
