Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Flavor Operator for the 2nd shift at our Ohio production facility. The base pay is $17.65 per hour, with potential overtime. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and proper seasoning coverage on products.

Responsibilities include planning changeovers between items, keeping equipment clean, coordinating with QA, and assisting with sensory testing as needed. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year production experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor seasoning coverage on products.
• Plan changeovers between product items for efficient production.
• Maintain clean work area and follow allergen controls.
• Prepare tumblers/machines for re-work of product.
• Report equipment issues to maintenance promptly.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure product specifications.
• Participate in sensory testing.
• May perform other duties as required.
