• Watch the details - monitor quality, consistency, and food safety.
• Support the crew - assist teammates, stay synced with shift leads, communicate clearly.
• Team up with Maintenance - spot issues early and help keep lines running.
• Stay organized - maintain a clean, safe, and ready-to-roll workspace.
