Job summary

Wingstop Magna is seeking a Crew Member to deliver flavorful experiences in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area. You may work front-of-house, back-of-house, or both, handling food prep, service, and basic POS tasks.

This role supports busy shifts with teammates to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction. Qualifications include good communication, reliability, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work front-of-house or back-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating menu items.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems as trained.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties.
