Wingstop Crew Member is sought by Sizzling Platter LLC in Glen Allen, VA to deliver friendly, accurate service and assist in wing preparation. The role may involve front-of-house, back-of-house, or both, depending on needs.

You will follow Wingstop standards, maintain safety and cleanliness, operate POS systems, restock as needed, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn Wingstop standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating menu items.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties.
• Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs.
