Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a cashier to join the team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service. You’ll handle cash and card transactions, upsell menu items, and maintain a clean, welcoming Front of House.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or over the phone.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
• Upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and promotions.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Keep Front of House clean and stocked and assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues, guiding to manager if needed.
