Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and take orders.
• Process orders in-person and over the phone; upsell where appropriate.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
• Answer questions, make menu recommendations, and maintain knowledge of promotions.
• Balance the register at shift end and ensure correct cash handling.
• Keep FOH clean and stocked and follow safety guidelines.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate to a manager as needed.
